We offer services including, but not limited to:
Ad setup & strategy
Creative production (image, video, UGC direction)
Campaign optimisation & reporting
Multi-platform ad management
Funnels & retargeting setup
Brand positioning & design guidance
Service details for each package are defined in your proposal and invoice.

3. Payment Terms
3.1 Deposits
A 50% deposit is required to begin any project.
Work does not start until payment is received.
3.2 Remaining Balance
The remaining 50% is due upon delivery or upon milestone completion.
Full upfront payments receive a £50 discount where applicable.
3.3 Monthly Retainers
If your package includes ongoing management:
Payments are billed monthly via Stripe or PayPal
Late payments may pause service or reporting

5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate brand information, access, and assets
Supply required materials on time
Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes
Maintain full ownership of ad accounts unless otherwise agreed
Adhere to platform policies (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.)
Velora Media is not responsible for delays caused by missing information or access restrictions.
